AvoBase can be easily backed up by zipping the entire AvoBase directory into a ZIP file.

MAKE SURE AVOBASE IS NOT RUNNING WHILE BACKING UP OR RESTORING.

1. Open your Windows Explorer, and navigate to C:\AvoBase2
2. Right click on the C:\AvoBase2 directory and select Send To -> Zip File.

NOTE: AvoBase2 is located in C:\AvoBase2

Note: If you using Windows XP, the avobase.zip file will end up in your C:\ directory. If you are using Windows VISTA and do not have Administrative rights, the file will end up on your desktop.

Restore AvoBase by unzipping the files back into the AvoBase directory.

1. Open the avobase.zip file, and copy all contents to c:\avobase2, over-writing all files.
